The client

ToursToDo PR is an adventure tourism operator in Puerto Rico running hiking, kayak, snorkel, ATV, horseback riding, and city tours. Their public presence was a WordPress site that had grown by accretion rather than design.

The same engagement produced their internal CRM. This is the half a traveller sees.

The problem

A tour operator's website has one job: get a visitor from "I have three days in Puerto Rico" to a booked seat. The WordPress site made that path longer than it needed to be, and every change to it meant working around the theme rather than with it.

What we built

A React storefront built around the catalog: tours filterable by the things travellers actually decide on, island guide content that answers the questions asked before booking, an FAQ section, and a Stripe-powered booking flow.

Routing runs on React Router v7, styles are scoped per component, and the whole thing deploys to Vercel.
